Last updated: May 29, 2026

1. Who we are

VNICE Wine & Cigar Storage ("VNICE", "we", "us") operates this website to showcase our wine and cigar storage solutions and to receive project inquiries from prospective clients.

For privacy-related questions, contact us at martin@fs-vnice.com.

2. Information we collect

When you submit a contact or product inquiry form, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, company name, country/region, project type, collection size, product of interest, and any message you provide.

We also collect technical data necessary to operate the site, such as browser type and the page you submitted from.

If you switch the site language, we store a locale preference in a cookie on your device.

3. How we use your information

We use inquiry information to respond to your request, prepare quotations, and follow up on potential projects.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We may send an internal email notification to our team when a new inquiry is received so we can respond promptly.

4. Legal basis (EEA/UK visitors)

Where applicable, we process your data based on your consent when you submit a form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and operating our website.

5. Storage and processors

Inquiry data is stored in a secure cloud database (Supabase) and accessed only by authorized VNICE staff through our admin system.

Email notifications may be sent via Resend, our email delivery provider.

Our website is hosted on Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.

6. Retention

We retain inquiry records for as long as needed to manage the sales relationship and comply with legal obligations, unless you request earlier deletion where applicable law allows.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, or to object to certain processing.

To exercise these rights, email martin@fs-vnice.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

8. International transfers

As we serve clients globally, your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We take steps to ensure appropriate protection when data is transferred internationally.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version.
